Dosa batter vegetable fritters

1 onion, green chilli, carrot, cabbage, red, yellow and orange peppers, French beans, salt, pepper, mint leaves and ginger
Chop all finely or put everything in the chopper.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the dosa batter. 

Add saly and pepper to taste.
And deep fry or shallow fry

Serve hot with ketchup
