Heat oil add some mustard for tempering... When the mustard crackles add a fat pinch of chilli flakes and some crushed garlic.... Add an onion and 5 mushrooms (finely sliced) fry for half a minute.....add the finely chopped lal bhaji and cover and cook for 5 min....add a chopped tomato and cook till the tomato is mushy and the water dries up...
Have with roti or rice
