Sevaiyya
Heat a tablespoon of ghee, add two handsfull of fine brown sevaiyya and fry a bit....then add a pinch of cardamom powder and sugar according to how sweet you like it, add a glassfull of milk and cook till almost dry....toast some almond slivers, melon seeds and charoli and sprinkle over.....enjoy warm or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
